With over 20 years of management experience and more than a decade working in a fast-paced work center environment, I’ve had the opportunity to grow professionally while witnessing the evolution of the workplace. I saw early on the potential of remote work—not just as a trend, but as a movement toward freedom. Freedom for people to build a career without sacrificing time with family. Freedom to pursue dreams while still delivering professional excellence. I'm a proud parent of three amazing children, who inspire me every day to keep pushing forward. I come from a Colombian heritage—my parents, originally from Colombia, South America, instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way. Those roots, along with my passion for people and progress, have led me here. This isn’t just a business—it’s a mission to help others find balance, freedom, and fulfillment in the work they do.

"Hi, I'm Ramiro. As a licensed managing real estate broker with 30 years of experience, I've built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and expert guidance. I also hold a Master's degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. In addition to my real estate endeavors, I'm a passionate entrepreneur, author, and humanitarian. My book Forbidden Knowledge, explores unconventional insights and strategies across various fields, including finance, law, health, and personal development. As a member of Lions Club International, I'm committed to community service. I've also established several humanitarian Trusts and founded the Nation of the Amnesty Coalition for Unity to support victims of human trafficking. When I'm not working, you can find me running my travel agency in Salento, Colombia, or exploring the great outdoors with my family. I'm dedicated to making a positive impact, empowering others, and living life to the fullest."
